The Clemson Tigers have had a lot of success on the football field in recent years. They have won two National Championships and have been to four straight College Football Playoffs. The Tigers have also produced some very talented players, both on offense and defense. Here are the top 11 players in Clemson football history:

Sammy Watkins Wide Receiver

Watkins was a star receiver for the Tigers from 2011 to 2013. He caught 101 passes for over 1500 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior before declaring for the NFL Draft. Watkins was drafted fourth overall by the Buffalo Bills in 2014 and has since become one of the best receivers in the NFL.

DeAndre Hopkins Wide Receiver

Hopkins was another talented receiver for the Tigers. He caught 78 passes for over 1200 yards and 16 touchdowns in his career at Clemson. Hopkins was drafted in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans and has developed into one of the top receivers in the league.

Deshaun Watson Quarterback

Watson was a two-time Heisman finalist and led the Tigers to a National Championship in 2016. He threw for over 9000 yards and 83 touchdowns in his career at Clemson. Watson was drafted first overall by the Houston Texans in 2017 and has already had a great start to his NFL career.

C.J. Spiller Running Back

Spiller was a star running back for the Tigers from 2006 to 2009. He rushed for over 3000 yards and 30 touchdowns in his career at Clemson. Spiller was drafted ninth overall by the Buffalo Bills in 2010 and had a very successful NFL career.

Vic Beasley Defensive End

Beasley was a star defensive end for the Tigers from 2011 to 2014. He recorded 52 tackles, 12 sacks, and one interception in his career at Clemson. Beasley was drafted eighth overall by the Atlanta Falcons in 2015 and has developed into one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

Andre Branch Defensive End

Branch was another talented defensive end for the Tigers. He recorded 48 tackles, 14 sacks, and one interception in his career at Clemson. Branch was drafted in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars and has had a very successful NFL career.

DaQuan Bowers Defensive End

Bowers was a star defensive end for the Tigers from 2008 to 2010. He recorded 62 tackles, 26 sacks, and one interception in his career at Clemson. Bowers was drafted in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and has had a very successful NFL career.

Alexander was a star cornerback for the Tigers from 2013 to 2015. He recorded 73 tackles, four interceptions, and one touchdown in his career at Clemson. Alexander was drafted in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings and has developed into one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL.

Kevin Dodd Defensive End

Dodd was a star defensive end for the Tigers from 2013 to 2015. He recorded 61 tackles, 12 sacks, and one interception in his career at Clemson. Dodd was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans and has had a very successful NFL career.
